 Chef Tammy Broadway is my name and playing with food is my game. 

My most favorite foods are Italian, Mexican, rustic old world and Low Country cuisine. I am themed to cook with a Cajun flair and low country inspiration. 

I have a large family of 5 and 2 dogs, 3 cats and 15 chickens. 

My Passion is to get family's laughing, loving and cooking together.

I have been in the catering business for over 15 years serving the Statesville, NC area. I love to have home cooked meals and have a passion to share my gift with others.  Offering people home cooked meals and extra family time is truly a blessing for me.
